We had a wonderful experience with Brian when we bought our home in Conway S.C. Before we even met up, he sent us bunches of listings in several coastal towns and we really liked a couple and made offers. Although we were beat out by a couple, Bryan assured us we would get our home of our dreams. We signed with him and he planned with us for a whole week to come down and see a bunch of homes. he took us to a bunch and God would show us all that the first showing was the house for us. We made the offer and it was accepted. Brian agreed it was an awesome house. He said he wasn’t going to try and sell us as we had to connect with the home we liked and we would be sure to be happy. All he did was ask what was important to us like size, type, price range and area, etc,..and pulled together listings and made appointments. No amount of questions or time was too much.
